How to Send Real Estate Properties to Your Buyers

You can send real estate properties to buyers two ways:

• To several buyers at once. From your buyers list, click Send Alert. Pick one or more active listings, choose who should get it, write a short subject and message, and send.
• To one buyer. Open a buyer's profile and click Send Property to Buyer. Pick a listing — the ones that fit their budget are flagged as matches — and send.

The Send Alert button turns on once you have at least one active listing.

When you send to several buyers, you choose the audience:

• All buyers — everyone on your list.
• Matched buyers only — just the buyers whose budget fits the listing.
• Selected buyers — a handful you pick yourself.

Either way, SiteStakes skips any buyer who has paused their alerts, so you never message someone who asked for a break.

Yes. When you send to several buyers, you can turn on a text message along with the email. The text goes only to buyers who turned on text alerts and haven't opted out. To send to several buyers by email, yes — you need an email service connected (such as Postmark or SendGrid) under Integrations. That's what sends the emails on your behalf — see connecting your email service. Sending a property to one buyer from their profile works without that step.
